Knowledge of NEC, ANSI and QS9000 regulations.Knowledge of formula's, theories and measurements.Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, processing, blue prints and programming.Must receive a 70% or higher score on the Wiesen Test of Mechanical AptitudeĢ-5 years experience in industry field or related field.Keep plant a safe work area and perform general housekeeping.Fabricate and design engineering changes and modifications, and install, design and fabricate some equipment for production operations.Lockout tag out, all safety related issues while working on or around plant/production equipment.Keep automation and machines running, which will include repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and assemblies.Additionally, this person will train co-workers while developing harmony in the work place. He/she will be responsible for any activities that affect Safety, Quality or Production.
This position will work with outside contractors and vendors to maintain equipment and needed inventories, as well as communicate with the Maintenance Manager. They will also follow through with all Preventive Maintenance on automation and equipment and troubleshoot and solve any automation or equipment problems that may affect safety, quality or production. This position will maintain facility and equipment to accommodate production/warehousing in safe working atmosphere.
